What to expect

I offer an initial phone consultation to my clients wherein we can discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and then go forward with scheduling an appointment. I also understand that initial phone calls can be challenging, so if you are more comfortable with text or email, I encourage you to reach out in whatever way feels feasible, and I will be happy to meet you where you are.

My sessions run 50 minutes in length. Some initial paperwork may be completed ahead of time (either in-office or via forms being emailed in advance) but can also be completed in our first session.

Billing policy

I believe that counseling should be affordable and accessible to all. I offer sliding scale services that start at $75 for a 50 minute session.

If you are cash pay, then payment is due at the time of service, and a $25 fee will be applied for returned checks.
