Counseling Approach

My practice focuses on empowering the individual, couple, and family. I use various techniques and modalities depending on my client's needs. I am a solution-focused therapist who understands the impacts of systems and oppression in daily life. I am here to walk with and beside you while you navigate your time in therapy.
